A SOUTH GERMAN WALNUT CROSSBANDED MARQUETRY BUREAU CABINET

In three sections, inlaid with crossbanded strapwork lines and panels with scrolls, the undulating top with a molded cornice enclosed cupboard, flanked by five drawers to either side, the centre section with curved sloping fall inlaid with scrolls, enclosing a fitted interior with four short drawers, central open compartment, the lower part of undulating outline containing three long drawers on later bun feet
