the circular snap top crossbanded and inlaid with foliate scroll inlay with a moulded edge, on turned column with flowerhead collar and tripod splayed scroll legs applied with flowerhead and catrouche cabochon below, with scroll feet and porcelain castors, stamped '1317' on the top of the base
