The circular white enamel dial with Arabic chapters and quarter-hour markers, with pierced ormolu hands, regulation above 60, signed 'Léchopié à Paris', with twin-barrel movement with silk suspension and count wheel strike on bell, with a glazed bezel, flanked by a muse playing a lyre attended by Cupid presenting her with a basket of flowers, on a rounded rectangular base with a low relief of putti playing with a garland, on a stepped base with engine-turned feet, two winders and pendulum
