Cylindrical, the base chased with waterleaf and acanthus, the handle with applied beaded rat-tail and entwined dolphin thumbpiece, the cover chased with spiraling acanthus, the front engraved with a coat-of-arms within scrolling acanthus, marked on side, cover, and handle
