拍品專文

The artist, whose monogram appears in the lower left of the picture, has yet to be identified. When the picture was last sold at auction, Dr. Walter Gibson noted, on the basis of photographs, that the style was influenced by the work of Lucas Gassel and that the artist may have been active in Gassel's workshop. That view was supported by Dr. Luc Serck, who also noted that the iconography is linked to works from the Gassel workshop.
