Brass skulls with white metal edging and fittings including the crest (with Medusa-mask front and ornate sides), black horsehair chenille and mane, front plate bearing a Grenade with laurel surround, lion's-mask disc side-bosses with chinscales, ornate side-plume socket (no plume). Now mounted as a pair of table-lamps (28 inches high overall) on fluted brass columns with square bases (no plume, lining removed; both helmets drilled for adaptation) (2)
