Cast in Britannia metal with exceptionally finely-finished applied details and paintwork, each figure mounted on a flat wooden plinth respectively bearing the titles HENRY IV. KING OF ENGLAND, and HENRY PERCY HOTSPUR, both portrayed in full armour with weapons and armorial surcoats, limited to an edition of 25; together with seven other assorted smaller figures of medieval kings and knights, including three by R. Courtenay (some damaged or defective)

The first two items are by the well-known New Hampshire miniature sculpturist, whose portrayal of Henry IV won the MFCA 1st Prize in 1978.
Sir Henry Percy ("Hotspur") was killed in 1403 while leading an army against King Henry IV.
