Yuan/early Ming Dynasty
crisply carved with the bearded figure facing forward, wearing an incised decorated cloth cap and long flowing robes held together at the waist by his hands, with passive facial expression, bushy eyebrows and indented pupils to his eyes, seated on a high backed chair -- 11¼in. (28.5cm.) high, (old wear).
