A Chinese porcelain snuff bottle in the form of a ciccada
19th and 20th Century
the grey porcelain with white mottling simulating calcified jade, stopper -- 3¼in. (8.2cm.) long; an amber glass bottle in the form of a ciccada, stopper, an amber coloured agate bottle carved with insects amongst fruiting branches, stopper, and two hardstone bottles, one carved with peaches and gourds and the other with birds in a garden scene, stoppers -- 3in. (7.5cm.) max. high, (minor wear).
