A pair of models of reclining greyhounds
Circa 1850
With pointed muzzles and wearing alert expressions, their features picked out in black and yellow, reclining to left and right with their forepaws crossed before them and their tails curled around their haunches, their coats enriched in tan and their collars in gilt, each with a dead hare laid out beside them, on footed oval underglaze-blue bases enriched in gilt (one with crack to back, one with area of restoration to forepaws and base)
