Modelled wearing stately expressions and standing on oval bases titled ALBERT and VICTORIA, he in military uniform and wearing a Garter Star, with one hand on his breast, his other hand resting on the state crown at his side, the Queen standing wearing a crown, her hand holding the edge of her gown, her train looped over the other arm
