Circa 1750, red raised anchor oval pad mark
Naturally modelled to the right with its head turned back, the plumage well painted in shades of red, brown and purple and highlighted in black, ears of corn issuing from a bundle on a mound base (extensively broken through body and restored, some losses and old restoration to corn, restored to branch below tail and cracked to base)
