The shaded light brick-red field with stylised overall Shah-Abbas design of meandering floral vine linking bold polychrome palmettes and fleur-de-Lys together with delicate floral tendrils, in broad border of interlocked ivory and indigo shaped cartouches containing mythological animals, cloudbands, floral meander and animal combat groups between camel angular floral vine stripes, outer plain stripe, slight localized wear and tinting, small old repairs
