Circa 1895, blue sceptre and iron-red orb marks, various impressed cyphers, painted 5561. and gilt 28., signed with an unidentified monogram
Finely painted and hand tooled in white slip with a diaphanously clad Bacchante pouring a vessel of wine into Pan's lips as he kneels beside a tree-stump, within a gilt enriched surround, the stylized Art Nouveau border enamelled with forget-me-nots and roses
13¾in. (34.9cm.) diam.
