Circa 1875, gilt crowned globe and impressed uppercase marks, FRA monogram for Frederick Alfred Rhead
Finely painted and hand tooled in white slip with a seated Bacchante resting a wine ewer in her lap, spilling fruit and an upturn jug at her feet, within a ribbon-tied berried surround, the chocolate parian ground enriched with gilt stars
