The lobed cover with acanthus finial, lifting to a brass-lined interior, with a beaded and laurel-wreath collar, the angles suspending laurel wreaths, each side with a rectangular malachite panel, with lobed underside and spreading flowerhead-footed socle, the rectangular base stamped H. PICARD to one foot
