lithograph, 1948, on Arches, Mourlot's second state (of six), there was no edition in this state, inscribed '225 Chine maj tirera acessi en phototypie', '138', 'M 138', 'M 138 2o etat ou 133 bis' and 'Noir de 133 bis épreuve unique FM' in pencil on the reverse, the full sheet, areas of stray printing ink, a few minor scuffs at center, a small stain in the lower left corner, pale surface soiling on the reverse, pale scattered foxing at the reverse of the upper left corner and along the extreme lower sheet edge, otherwise in good condition, framed
