two lithographs, 1950, on Arches, Mourlot's first and second (final) states, Mourlot calls for five proofs of both, the signed and numbered edition of 50 and the poster edition of 1,000 in the final state, first state inscribed '188', 'M 188 1e etat' and '1er état 6/6 FM' in pencil on the reverse, final state inscribed '188', 'M 188 2e etat' and '2e etat 6/6 FM' in pencil on the reverse, both with margins, pale mat and time staining, minor surface soiling on the reverse, first state with minor surface soiling in the lower right margin corner and a few soft creases in the lower margin, final state with pale scattered foxing at the extreme lower margin edge, a ¼-in. tear in the upper left margin corner and an associated soft vertical crease, otherwise both in good condition, both framed
