Manuscript on gold-sprinkled cream paper, 258ff. with 17ll. of naskh, the first and last line written in larger gold script, the ninth line written in larger blue script, the remainder in small black naskh, gold roundels between verses, sura headings in gold on illuminated panels, illuminated marginal medallions marking the fifth and tenth verse, opening illuminated bifolio with the first sura and first part of second sura written in gold on pale blue panels, following bifolio with text within gold clouds and similar illumination, final folio with illuminated page of du'a, generally clean condition, few folios loose, original gold tooled binding with flap, decoupé doublures
