Basically early 19th Century with later elements
The hexagonal concave sided frame pierced with relief panels of winged caryatids and griffins centred within acanthine scrolls, the angles issuing bifurcating scroll branches from inverted palmette panels below female bust surmounts, the flambeau torch uprights rising to a central orb, surmounted by a standing cherub holding a wreath aloft, the chain suspensions to a conforming orb corona, adapted
