The funnel bowl engraved with a scene depicting a bird in a cage surrounded by birds in flight and caught beneath a net held by a seated gentleman, flanked by trees, beneath the inscription GEZELSCHAP DOET DOLEN (company makes wander), on a multi-knopped and beaded stem above a conical foot
