A pair of Loosdrecht porcelain gilt metal-mounted hunting bottles
Middle period (1778-1782), marked M:O L: in underglaze blue
(Jacht or Bloemflesjes) the flattened globular bodies painted in colours with a young male musician upon a brown root vignette, one playing the tambourine and the other playing the flute, the reverse with a root vignette, the shoulders moulded in slight relief with rocaille scrolls enhanced in manganese-red and gilt, the waisted elongated neck with combed motifs in slight relief enhanced in manganese-red and gilt, mounted with a dotted band to the upper part and with a wreathed metal-mounted footring to the base
