The bright red field with scattered angular flowerheads and geometric motifs around a central shaded blue hexagonal medallion containing angular arabesques and scattered flowerheads and palmettes, the indigo spandrels with "Holbein" medallions, in a shaded brown border of hooked polychrome rosettes containing stellar flowerheads between spiralling ribbon and mill-pattern minor stripes, small areas of localised wear, one or two minor repairs, scattered areas of repiling
