Set with a cushion-shaped emerald weighing 13.11 carats flanked to each side by a modified calf's head-shaped diamond, mounted in platinum and 18k gold
With certificate 0301014 dated 15 January 2003 from the Gübelin Gemmological Laboratory stating that the emerald is of Colombian origin and with no indications of clarity enhancement. Also accompanied by an appendix stating that the natural emerald weighing 13.11 carats, described in the above mentioned Gemstone Report possesses a saturated and homogeneous colour, combined with an exceptional degree of transparency. In addition the pleasant shape and finely proportioned cut generates many vivid, internal colour reflections which compliment its beautiful appearance. Colombian emeralds of this size and possessing such a high quality with a complete absence of any clarity enhancement are very rare.
Also with certificate CS35993 dated 10 December 2002 from the American Gemological Laboratories stating that the emerald has a total quality integration rating classifies as exceptional to excellent
