Designed as a butterfly with articulated pavé-set sapphire wings with circular-cut yellow diamond trims, and the circular-cut diamond body with pink sapphire-set eye, resting on a pavé-set tsavorite garnet leaf and stem with a pear-shaped diamond terminal, mounted in oxidised 18k white gold, 10.5 cm. high
