A Meissen porcelain pastoral plate
1760-1770, marked with crossed swords in underglaze blue enclosing a dot and Pressnummer 22
Gilt and painted in colours, the centre decorated in green with a lady and her daughter after an etching by J.E. Nilson, with a variation of the Gotzkowsky pattern in relief, the border with four plain spaces enhanced with deutsche Blumen, the scalloped edge outlined in gilt
