Barry Spencer Scrammage, known as Spence, is a drummer who occasionally worked for the Ozzy Osbourne Band. The current vendor acquired the coat from Scrammage who wrote the note to accompany the coat. Scrammage is mentioned in Gary Sharpe-Young's recent book The Story Of The Ozzy Osbourne Band published by Cherry Red Books, England, 2002
