According to the vendor, the signatures in this lot were obtained at Punch's Hotel, Bessacarr, Doncaster which is where the Beatles were staying at the time.

A set of Beatles' signatures in pencil on the verso of a typescript luncheon menu, 2nd November, 1963 -- 6½x4¾in. (16.5x12cm.); and a fragment of a similar menu, the verso inscribed in the vendor's hand with the registration number of the car which transported The Beatles to the restaurant; accompanied by two concert ticket stubs for The Beatles Show, Gaumont, Doncaster, both for Tuesday, 10th December, 1964; a black and white publicity photograph of the group -- 7¾x5½in. (19.7x14cm.); and a corresponding press cutting (4)
