The vendor, to whom this letter is addressed, built "Kinfauns" in Esher, Surrey and subsequently sold the house to George Harrison. Harrison lived in this bungalow on the exclusive Claremont Estate between February 1965 and December 1969. The other Beatles and celebrity friends of Harrison frequently visited Kinfauns during this time and it was here in May 1968 that all The Beatles ...gathered..to record demo versions, on George's four-track home equipment, of the songs written to that point for the double White Album.
