Lot Essay

This lot was purchased by the vendor at a charity auction organised by Christie's Amsterdam, and held in Bussum in The Netherlands, 23rd September, 1991. Included in the lot is a video tape recording of the auction including a minute of footage of Harrison in which he states that he has donated the jacket to the auction, and confirms that it was worn for the cover shoot of Somewhere In England. Also included is a colour print of Harrison taken from the footage, mounted in the case with the jacket, album sleeve and video.
