Lot Essay

The document in this lot would appear to post-date a new deal for The Beatles with EMI and Capitol Records incorporating an increased royalty rate which Allen Klein arranged for them on the 20th September, 1969. Signed Beatles documents from this period in the final years of the group's association rarely appear on the market.
