She was accorded the honour of one-man shows at the Redfern Gallery (1950 and 1952), Gallerie Durand-Ruel, Paris (1956) and the Wildenstein Gallery, New York City (1961). The Museum of Art in Birmingham, Alabama mounted a major exhibition of her work in 1973.
