A LURISTAN BRONZE ANIMAL FINIAL WITH STANDARD
EARLY 1ST MILLENNIUM B.C.
The finial composed of two confronting rampant winged ibexes, on bell-shaped support with tall neck, and a central bronze pin with knobbed terminal, 13½ in. (34.3 cm.) high; and two bronze short swords, the hilt with 'ear'-shaped pommel, the lower hilt cast in imitation of an inlaid-flanged hilt, one with incised zigzag detail, circa 12th-9th Century B.C., 14 3/8 in. (36.5 cm.) long max. (3)
