Of rectangular form with double tabulae, the right side inscribed "To the Gods and shades of Flavia Zoe, Nucerinus (made this) for his beloved and well-deserving wife, also for himself and Pomponia Thallusa", the left side lists the names P(ublio) Betilieno, I(ulio) Carpo and Primigenio, each tabula framed by garlands suspended from the fluted Corinthian corner pilasters and central Ionic column, below the right tabula a swan with spread wing, below the left an animal eats from an over-turned basket, in each lower corner a small bird pecks at ribbon ends, base partially remaining, repaired
