A GREEK POTTERY TWIN-HANDLED JAR
CIRCA 450 B.C.
With broad black bands around the body, rays on the shoulder and zigzag around the neck, 7¾ in. (19.7 cm.) high; a pottery kothon, with encircling black bands, inverted 'V's around the shoulder, 5 5/8 in. (14.3 cm.) diam.; an Attic red-figure pottery stamnos, with panel containing a woman holding out a fillet to a man with staff, the reverse similar with two women, 7¼ in. (18.5 cm.) high; a black-figure stemless kylix with frieze of palmettes and lotus buds, repaired, 5 5/8 in. (14.4 cm.) diam., all circa 5th Century B.C.; and a later pottery skyphos with moulded relief decoration, 5 5/8 in. (14.4 cm.) high (5)
