A ROMAN PALE GREEN GLASS JUG
CIRCA 1ST CENTURY A.D.
The large cylindrical body with short neck and everted collared rim, decorated with fine wheel-cut lines, broad strap handle from rim to shoulder, iridescence, 7½ in. (19 cm.) high; a Cypriot Base Ring Ware jug, the rounded body with tall cylindrical neck and everted rim, single strap handle, decorated with bands of multiple white painted lines, on flared foot, Late Bronze Age, 1650-1050 B.C., 9½ in. (24.1 cm.) high; and an Etruscan bucchero ware footed kantharos, with twin high arched strap handles, repaired, late 7th-early 6th Century B.C., 4 7/8 in. (12.5 cm.) high (3)
