A ROMAN PALE GREEN GLASS BOWL
4TH CENTURY A.D.
The vertical sides decorated with three large applied blue blobs alternating with a set of smaller triple blue blobs, a faint wheel-cut band below the ground rim; a translucent glass jar with wide collared rim, the body with applied turquoise zigzag trail and twin folded handles, 4th-5th Century A.D., both 3 3/8 in. (8.6 cm.) high; and a pale blue glass 'pillar'-moulded bowl, iridescent, late 1st Century B.C./A.D., 4¼ in. (10.6 cm.) diam. (3)
