This gave Matchbox's diecast foundry a lot of problems and scrapped parts. Research and Development were asked if they could re-design or modify these parts to solve the problem. They had new moulds made for the chassis and exhausts to run in plastic and they modified the body and base moulds to suit. This is the first trial run of modified moulded parts and has no production date or YY number)
