A turquoise glazed pottery candleholder
Iran, 13th century
the ribbed central stem with twin moulded bands to the lower section, the oil container with three spouts, surmounted by a pierced circular motif rim, the loop handle with stylised animal head terminal, set upon a broad drip pan with slightly everted rim -- 7in. (17.8cms) high, (some restoration and old wear).
