Persian manuscript on paper, 317ff. with 17ll. of black nasta'liq in two columns with one column on each page written diagonally, start of text with illuminated heading, final folio with colophon with 3ll. of shekasteh stating that the manuscript was copied by the order of Hasan' Ali Khan Amir Nizam, the pishkar of the province of Azarbayjan, copied by the scribe Muhammad Rafi' ibn Mirza Ahamd ibn Mirza Reza ibn Mirza Razi al-Tabrizi in the month of Jumada I 1306, brown lacquer binding with gold scrolling flowers within polychrome floral borders, red lacquer doublures painted with narcisscus and butterflies -- Folio 26.7 x 16.3cm.
