A rare automaton clock scene
the three pairs of bisque-headed dancers with moulded hair and original costumes, rotating on turntable through two planes, with glass-twist waterfall, papier-mâché rustic setting, two-train clock movement and glass dome with painted scene showing an avenue of trees and village on the horizon, on ebonised base with pull-string cylinder movement and going-barrel automaton movement stamped JAC 2755 - 25in. (64cm.) high, probably by Phalibois
