A young lady, in a low-cut blue dress with plumes in her high-piled powdered hair; and a gentleman, facing right in grey coat and green waistcoat, wearing a powdered bag wig (Continental School, circa 1750)
the latter on card, the former in gilt frame with mother-of-pearl reverse, the latter in a silver frame
ovals, 1 5/8 in. (42 mm.) and 1 7/8 in. (47 mm.) high
