A pair of Dresden Schneeballen gilt-metal mounted vases and domed covers
Late 19th century
The finial of each modelled as a parrot perched on a branch of cherries, the baluster vases with handles formed as entwined branches terminating in pompoms with canaries, finches and humming birds perched amongst them, the ground encrusted with densely-packed white flowerheads, on waisted gilt metal foot (both with some restoration and minor damages, one with some losses)
