Both circa 1890, blue shield marks
Each painted in the style of Angelica Kauffmann with mythological scenes, one within a claret-ground border enriched in white enamel and gilding with scrolling leaves in seeded panels, the other with a green-ground border with similar decoration (both rubbed)
