Lot Essay

In Cinto's work lines and planes appear to swallow columns, walls, body and objects becoming and indistinct artistic landscape. In some cases her drawings resemble tattoos, in others camouflage, but most importantly, they dislocate the preconceived idea of artistic space and support.
