The gilt-finished lever movement with tourbillon escapement, 32 jewels, the gilt engine-turned dial with sunburst design, blank chapter ring with dot indexes, the tourbillon cage visible through an aperture at 11 o'clock, the aperture at 6 o'clock revealing the pendulum weight for the self-winding mechanism, the oval-shaped case with crown to the back, together with an 18K gold Audemars Piguet double deployant clasp, case, crystal and movement signed

This model, launched in 1986, was the world's first as well as thinnest and smallest self-winding wristwatch with tourbillon.
