With nickel-finished jewelled lever movement, the black dial with luminous triangular, dot and baton indexes, luminous Mercedes-style hands, sweep center seconds, the tonneau-shaped water-resistant-type case with revolving black and red Turn-O-Graph bezel calibrated for 60 units, screw back and screw down crown, together with a stainless steel Rolex Oyster expandable bracelet and clasp, case, dial and movement signed

Lot Essay

Production of this model, reference 6202, was launched in 1953. Rolex designed the watch so the wearer would be able to record the passage of time with greater ease by using the rotating bezel and sweep center seconds.
