Gabrielle marquise de Thianges (1633-1693) was the eldest of the five children of Gabriel de Rochechouart, duc de Mortemart and his wife Diane de Grandseigne. Gabrielle's youngest sister was Françoise de Rochechouart de Mortemart, marquise de Montespan, King Louis XIV's notorious mistress.
