Dresden, circa 1750/1760, struck with an 18-carat gold mark and two indistinct marks
Cartouche-shaped semi-translucent brown-grey mottled agate box with slightly raised cover and tapering curved base, the lid with reeded gold mounts and slightly raised engraved thumbpiece, the base with matted gold flange band stamped with flowers, leaves and shells
