Works by this artist are excessively rare. The only other example is an enamel depicting Tsar Paul I as Grand Duke Paul Petrovich on a jewelled gold snuff-box by Ador, in the Hermitage, discussed and illustrated in the exhibition catalogue Treasures of Catherine the Great, London, Hermitage Rooms at Somerset House, 2000-2001, pp. 80-81, no. 103.
